- Kindly note this package does not cover top-shelf drinks or wines, International airfare, gratuity, tours or any other activities.
- Kindly note: ground & boat transfers are included in the package rate for Wednesdays/Saturdays arrivals and departures only.
- Out-of-schedule boats are US$250 each way.

- Unused portions of our packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

There is a $500 USD/$1,000 BZD administration fee for all cancellations for each room. This fee will be deducted prior to all refunds.
Refunds for cancellation are dependent on the number of days before guest is expected to arrive. As such, refunds will be issued as follows:
- 90 or more days prior to arrival date, admin fee will be deducted from the deposit, 100% of this balance will be refunded.
- 45 – 89 days prior to arrival date, admin fee will be deducted from the deposit, 50% of this balance will be refunded.
- 45 days or less prior to arrival date, guests are entitled to NO refund.
