Our beautiful resort is located on Turneffe Atoll, about 30 miles off the mainland. Our remote location provides a relaxing atmosphere for our guests and also gives them access to some of the most spectacular dive sites in the country. When guests book a stay at Belize Dive Haven Resort, we ensure that every part of the trip is well-thought-out, including transportation to and from the resort.
Travelling by Boat
You’ll be met at Philip Goldson International Airport by Belize Dive Haven staff. From there, you and your luggage will travel by passenger van to the marina. Once at the marina, you can freshen up and can enjoy some food and drinks at the pizzeria while we prepare the boats.
The boat ride is about an hour and a half to the resort. All luggage follows in a second boat, so it’s imperative that you properly tag and label bags. Once arriving at Belize Dive Haven, you will be greeted by the staff with a welcome drink and provided room keys to settle in and freshen up.
Travelling by Plane
Belize Dive Haven Resort now has a new 2,000-foot runway in service. The airstrip allows our customers to charter direct flights from Belize International Airport to the resort. Currently, two airlines are providing service to Belize Dive Haven: Tropic Air & Maya Airlines.
Please Note: If you want to charter your own flight to Turneffe Atoll, you will need to make all arrangements directly with the airline. Airline transportation to the resort is not included in package prices. The fees for a private charter will vary depending on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage you’re bringing
