Diving Checklist: What to Pack for a Scuba Trip

Use our diving checklist to make sure know what to pack for a scuba trip to enjoy your Belize scuba trip!

Scuba Equipment

Before packing your scuba diving equipment, take a moment to ensure that it’s all in good working order and there are no holes or weak spots in any of your gear:

❏ High-quality diving mask

❏ Properly fitting wetsuit

❏ Buoyancy Control Device (BCD)

❏ Snorkel

❏ Properly fitting fins, dive socks or boots

❏ Depth gauge, submersible pressure gauge and compass

❏ Dive computer

❏ Signalling device

❏ Reef gloves

❏ Regulator with Alternate Air Source

❏ Dive knife

❏ Dive light with lanyard

Photography Equipment

Remember your diving trip with some gorgeous underwater photos. Make sure to take:

❏ Camera and camera housing

❏ Strobes and lights

❏ Extra SD card

❏ Charger

❏ Lenses

Don’t Forget Documents

In addition to your passport and plane tickets, make sure you pack:

❏ Travel/dive insurance information

❏ Dive certification

❏ Dive logbook

❏ Nitrox card (if applicable)

If you get to Belize Dive Haven and realize you’ve forgotten anything, we have a fully stocked dive shop. You can rent any equipment you left at home. We also offer diving courses and certifications if you want to upgrade your skills or take a refresher course.
