Steps to Organize and Book Your Group Scuba Diving Trip

1. Contact us to select your dates.

When you’re ready to start organizing your scuba group tour, give us a call to reserve your dates. We’ll work with you directly to select the best dates for your group. Keep in mind that group trips are always at least 7 days long.

2. We set up your group sign-up page.

The second step in organizing your scuba trip is to have us create your dive group page, complete with a unique registration form to track every participant. Every person who signs up will be on this page so everyone can see who’s going.

3. We provide a group flyer to email and share with your group.

We’ll create a flyer for you to email or give to anyone interested in joining in on the fun. You can share the URL of your specific dive group page via email, message, or social media. Using the URL, anyone can sign up via the online form.

4. Confirm and pay with the resort team.

After you everyone in your group has registered, you need to confirm and pay for the trip with the resort. Typically, group tours need to be confirmed and paid for within 45 days before the day you arrive at the resort.

Each person can pay individually, and when they do this, they can add on courses, nitrox, and any other add-ons.

5. Get on the plane to Belize!

When the day comes, get to the airport and board that plane to beautiful Belize in the tropical Caribbean. If you’re flying from Canada, flights only take between 5-6 hours to get to Belize City. If you’re coming from somewhere in the USA, direct flights are less than 5 hours. And if you’re coming from London UK, the total flight time is under 10 hours.

6. We pick you up and bring you to the resort.

When you land in Belize City, our shuttle will be there to greet you and bring you to the resort. You’ll take a short boat ride over to the private island from the mainland, compliments of our resort boat tender.

7. Party like it’s 1999 (sing it!) and dive for days!

Once at the resort, you will be dining in multiple restaurants, and have access to the largest swimming pool in the hemisphere as well as opportunities to kayak and relax. And of course, you’ll get at least 3 daily dives. Trust us, the fun will begin the moment you step foot on the island and won’t stop until you leave.

8. We drop you off at the airport.

Exhausted and water-logged, you’ll be shuttled back to the airport to catch your flight out of Belize and back home. We’ll take care of all your luggage and get you where you need to be.

9. You tell everyone and book your next scuba adventure with us.

When you get home, you’ll be buzzing for days. You won’t be able to stop talking about your incredible experience. We just ask that you spread the word and tell your friends, coworkers, and acquaintances how they can book their own group scuba trip!
